1. General information

This website is operated by Terrenotrie Ceramiche di Benedetto Ferraro (the "Seller"). These terms govern the sale of the works offered on the site to customers (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. The works

The works offered are handmade ceramic sculptures. Each piece is unique: slight variations in colour, form, and size compared with the photographs are intrinsic features of handcrafted work and do not constitute defects. Images are indicative.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Euro (€). Some works are marked "Price on request": for these you may request information through the dedicated form, without purchasing directly online. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders and payment

An order is finalised upon purchase confirmation and successful payment. Payments are handled securely through the integrated payment systems. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order where a work is unavailable, notifying the Customer accordingly.

5. Shipping

Shipping methods, times, and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal as described in the Return & Refund Policy, within the terms provided by law.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Sales to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may contact the Seller at info@terrenotrie.it.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain competent. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is also available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Language

These terms are provided in Italian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation between the two versions, the Italian text prevails.
