Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the work.

Because these are unique, handmade works of art, we ask that you contact us before arranging a return, so we can agree together on the safest way to transport the piece.

How to return a work

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send written notice to info@terrenotrie.it within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the work you wish to return. We will then send you the return shipping instructions.

The work must be returned intact, in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the return travels at the customer's risk: given the fragility of the works, we strongly recommend an insured and tracked shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received the work and confirmed that it is intact, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. The original shipping costs are refunded; return shipping costs remain with the customer.

Works damaged in transit

Every work is shipped with museum-grade packaging and insurance. If a work arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@terrenotrie.it, attaching photographs of both the packaging and the work, so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
