Packaging

Each work is packed by hand with museum-grade care and shipped fully insured, given the fragility and uniqueness of the ceramic pieces.

Processing times

Because the works are unique and made by hand, preparation times vary from piece to piece. After your order we confirm the expected dispatch time and keep you updated; in any case, unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days.

Shipping within Italy

Domestic shipments are sent by insured, tracked courier. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the work.

International shipping

We ship worldwide by insured courier. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price. Times and costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

When your work is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please check that the parcel is intact on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to info@terrenotrie.it.
